Navy Veteran Dentist Launches Free CE Series Across Maryland Virginia and Washington DC

District of Columbia, Washington, United States, 11th Jun 2026 — Dr. Kambez Shukoor, a retired U.S. Navy Commander and board-certified implant surgeon, has officially launched One World Dental, a continuing education platform designed to close the gap between classroom theory and real-world clinical mastery for practicing dental professionals across the DMV region.
The platform delivers a series of complimentary in-person masterclasses throughout the spring and summer of 2026. The series covers three of the most in-demand clinical disciplines in modern dentistry — surgical site development, implant placement, and bone grafting — with all courses carrying AGD PACE-approved CE credits.
A Series Built for the Modern General Practitioner
The One World Dental lecture series is specifically designed for general dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and prosthodontists who want to expand their surgical skill set without the cost barrier of traditional CE programs. All courses in the current series are complimentary and open to licensed dental professionals across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.

About Dr. Kambez Shukoor
Dr. Kambez Shukoor began his dental career enlisting in the United States Navy as a dental assistant before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University on a Navy scholarship. Over 21 years of honorable military service, he served as a deployed dental officer aboard the USS Peleliu, completed assignments in Bahrain, Japan, and the Washington Navy Yard, and retired as a Commander after serving as Commanding Officer of NRC Washington VTU.
He holds a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and both a Fellowship and Mastership in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Outside of education, Dr. Shukoor provides advanced implant and restorative care to patients in the Washington D.C. area through DC Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry, his private practice focused on complex oral rehabilitation and esthetic smile design.
