Selected through the Veblen Director Programme, the five advisors bring expertise across governance, M&A, commercial strategy, project leadership, finance and risk oversight. Appointed Advisory Board Members

Naresh Ravula – Chair of the Board, a strategic governance professional and M&A advisor focused on cross-border governance and the long-term resilience of mid-market enterprises. He brings expertise in board oversight, technology and AI governance, ESG integration, regulatory compliance and succession planning across international markets.
