The acquisition strengthens R2X’s operational capacity and expands its footprint in the Southeast under the newly established R2X Tampa operation.
The acquisition, effective October 2025, aligns with R2X’s strategic growth plan to increase capacity, deepen carrier relationships, and better serve customers through expanded geographic coverage. Dedicated Carriers Inc. has built a strong reputation in the Tampa market, and its integration into R2X positions the company for continued, scalable growth.
