Singapore, 8th Apr 2026 — Nordic AI has announced a major strategic evolution with the appointment of its inaugural Global Advisory Board (GAB). Facilitated by the Veblen Director Programme, the board was formed in under two weeks, bringing immediate strategic expertise to the company. This governance milestone has been pivotal in the successful migration of the “Companion” project into its own independent business unit, Com2.ai, marking a significant shift in focus and operational maturity.
Following the board’s formation, the company successfully secured funding and delivered a fully functional MVP in September 2025. In a strategic leadership transition, Stefan Kløvning has been appointed CEO of Com2.ai, enabling founder Sebastian Knorr to focus on his role as Chair of the Executive Board. The GAB has played a crucial role throughout this journey, providing high-level strategy, clarity, and vital industry connections, further strengthened by in-person collaboration at the recent Web Summit.
