Appointed Advisory Board Members
Anna Bisch – Chair of the Board, a seasoned IM/IT executive with over 20 years leading global digital transformation programmes across energy, consulting, and industrial sectors, brings expertise in Data and AI governance, large-scale implementations, and change leadership—providing the strategic oversight required to align Nexus Europe’s technology platform with sustainable business growth.

Guillermo Carmona – Board Advisor, an engineering executive with over 15 years leading multidisciplinary teams across aerospace, defence, and deep-tech programmes including the A400M and A350, Guillermo specialises in bridging the gap between prototype innovation and industrial-scale execution—critical insight as Nexus Europe enables solutions to move from concept to implementation.

Petra Demarez – Board Advisor, a Microsoft Certified Professional and independent board member with expertise in service delivery, project management, and governance, Petra brings operational rigour and execution discipline to support Nexus Europe’s platform scalability and stakeholder engagement across complex innovation challenges.

Santanu Sengupta – Board Advisor, a senior global banking executive with three decades of leadership across Wells Fargo, Credit Agricole CIB, and HSBC, Santanu brings board-level expertise in AI governance, capital strategy, ESG stewardship, and risk management—essential capabilities as Nexus Europe navigates responsible AI deployment and sustainable growth in highly regulated environments.

Frank Rutten – Board Advisor, a senior Oil & Gas industry executive who held many leadership positions in Shell and is a former CEO of Gulf Oil International. Currently Frank is an Executive Advisor to the companies in healthcare and technology sectors. Frank brings board-level expertise in governance, enterprise risk management, strategy development, P&L management, market positioning, pricing and implementation.
