The announcement comes as Kuala Lumpur continues to gain recognition as a leading destination for pickleball in Malaysia. According to global pickleball rating data, Malaysia ranks among the top nations worldwide by number of active pickleball players, with Kuala Lumpur standing out as a major hub for participation, match activity, and rapid growth. These factors played a central role in selecting the city as the host location for the WPC Malaysia Series.

The WPC Malaysia Series is expected to attract approximately 2,000 spectators and feature over 1,300 players competing across multiple divisions. With a prize pool reaching up to RM77,000, the tournament is set to be one of the most competitive pickleball events hosted in Malaysia to date. Matches will take place from 10th to 11th October at Tomaz Pickleball Club in Subang Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, with categories covering Intermediate, Advanced, and Open divisions for Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles.
Through this partnership, the platform aims to bring fans closer to the action by highlighting athlete stories, match moments, and behind the scenes perspectives that define the championship experience.
