BQ new British Tech company founded by 15 year old to start selling

BQ Mobile Limited, a newly founded technology company headquartered in London, is making headlines with its fresh approach to consumer electronics. The company was officially founded on April 28, 2025, by Gael Romay, who now serves as its Chief Director. Under his direction, BQ Mobile Limited aims to produce a wide range of cutting-edge electronics including smartphones, tablets, laptops, smart TVs, and household appliances. These products, developed with both functionality and design in mind, are meant to reach a global audience, The company is expected to start sales by Q2 2025 on the UK and Mexico, with products being manufactured in the PRC and not Taiwan as originally stated by BQ

An internal valuation report suggests that BQ Mobile Limited may reach a projected worth of over £80 million within the next 12 months. This comes as little surprise to industry insiders who have noted the company’s rapid development cycles, agile manufacturing partnerships, and highly competitive pricing strategy.

The first major release under BQ Mobile’s new banner is already turning heads: the AquarisBook Pro, which is expected to hit the British and European Markets for just €540-759.99, The specs are suspected to differ between two variants, the 14 Inch display edition, with an enterprise Intel Alder or Gemini Lake Processor with 4,00GHZ speeds, 16GB RAM, 512GB of Proprietary NVME Turbo Technology and an OLED display. The 15 inch version will see performance improvements likely with Intel Ultra or vPro Series and Iris Xe Graphics, this specs were all shared by the company @bqmobile_uk on instagram.
