Investing With Purpose Acquires 72-Unit Workforce Housing Community in Nashville MSA
United States, 1st Jul 2026— Investing With Purpose, a faith-driven multifamily real estate investment firm, has acquired Redwood Hollow Apartments, a 72-unit workforce housing community located in Smyrna, Tennessee, within the Nashville metropolitan area. The property was acquired directly from an institutional seller divesting non-core assets from a larger portfolio, allowing the firm to purchase at a basis advantage relative to comparable market transactions.
Redwood Hollow is a single-story, ranch-style multifamily community offering studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The property was 95 percent occupied at the time of acquisition and is cash flowing from day one. Interior renovations will be completed on a rolling basis at unit turnover, with exterior improvements already underway including landscaping and exterior paint.
The Smyrna submarket sits in close proximity to a major Nissan manufacturing facility, which anchors consistent residential demand in the area. The Nashville MSA has experienced significant population and employment growth in recent years, with suburban submarkets like Smyrna benefiting from spillover demand as the urban core continues to tighten.

The deal was completed in partnership with an operator with an established footprint of approximately 3,000 units in the immediate area, providing economies of scale in property management and local market expertise. The acquisition was structured as a Regulation D 506(b) private offering.
Investing With Purpose will implement its Purposed Care Initiative (PCI) at the property, with on-site care coordinators running bi-weekly resident events and community programming designed to build connection, reduce turnover, and support resident wellbeing.
