Previously, she served as CEO of Beverly Oncology and Imaging Centers (BOI) Medical Group, Inc. for 40 years, where she led strategic growth initiatives and helped the organization achieve national recognition through JCAHO accreditation. Her distinguished leadership includes service as a Delegate to the White House on Small Business, a two-term Chair of the Latin Business Association, and leadership roles with the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), among many other civic and business organizations.

“We are deeply grateful for Ruth’s years of visionary leadership, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to empowering women and diverse business communities,” said Maria Molina Solano, NLBWA-IE Executive Director. “Her legacy will continue to inspire our organization for years to come, and we are honored that she will remain part of our Board of Directors.”

Over the past 30 years, she has built a strong professional foundation through work on some of Southern California’s most notable projects, including the Getty Museum, The Huntington Library, Disney, SoFi Stadium, the George Lucas Museum, and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).

Now 14 years in business as President of Inland Gardens Landscape, Erika leads a company specializing in consulting, horticulture procurement, landscape installation, and design for private, commercial, public works, and federal contracts. Inland Gardens Landscape has become recognized for delivering quality, innovation, and long-term partnerships with some of Southern California’s most prestigious construction and architectural firms.

Erika’s entrepreneurial leadership also extends into the beverage industry as a part-owner of Table 14 Brands, a spirits company, and as part of an investment group that recently acquired Sour Cellars Brewery in Rancho Cucamonga.

She has proudly served for eight years on the Board of the National Latina Business Women Association-Inland Empire Chapter and currently co-chairs the ambassador program. She also serves as Ambassador to the Board for the Eastvale Chamber of Commerce and as a Board Member for the RJC Foundation, where she leads the youth garden initiative, “Sowing Hope, Harvesting Futures.”
