Under the service, GuardMore will deploy a full professional-grade fumigation tent including a certified sandbag perimeter seal, structural anchor rigging, and a licensed technician on site for the duration of the four-hour treatment window. The Program is designed to address what the Company has identified as a persistent and historically underserved gap in the Canadian residential pest management market.
Program Details and Service Tiers
The Program is available immediately across all GuardMore service areas and is offered in the following tiers:
• Standard Package ($899 CAD): Full tent deployment, sandbag perimeter seal, four-hour treatment window, post-treatment clearance inspection, and a written completion report suitable for homeowner records.
• Deluxe Suite Package ($1,249 CAD): All inclusions of the Standard Package, plus individual dog door frame treatment, silicone re-seal, and a post-treatment enzymatic deodorizing spray. GuardMore describes the spray as “the olfactory equivalent of a fresh start.”
• Multi-Structure Package ($1,899 CAD): Covers the primary canine residential structure plus one adjacent structure such as a rabbit hutch, decorative garden shed, or bird feeder in a single service visit. Clients save $200 compared to booking individual treatments.
• 24/7 Emergency Fumigation ($2,499 CAD): Priority dispatch with a fully equipped GuardMore team on site within four hours of booking, available at any hour and in any weather condition. “The ants don’t stop at midnight,” said a GuardMore spokesperson. “Neither do we.”
All Program packages include GuardMore’s standard 30-Day Re-Treatment Guarantee. In the event that pest activity is detected within 30 days of service completion, GuardMore will return and re-fumigate the structure at no additional charge. A loyalty card is issued upon completion of the first treatment but limited to one per household.
Operational Details
All canine occupants must be temporarily relocated for a minimum of six hours during the treatment window. “We highly recommend relocating them to the living room couch” said Jason Chan, co-founder of Guard More Pest Control. “They were going to end up on it today anyway”
Guard More reached out to three major Ontario insurers to confirm whether the Program is covered under standard home insurance policies. Two did not respond and the last one hung up on us.
